Scope and investment documents

These terms apply to the Alterra Equities LLC website and related portals. General firm information is educational and does not contain all information needed to assess an investment. Any offer or subscription is governed by the applicable offering and executed agreements and is available only where lawful and to eligible investors. Those documents control investment rights and obligations. Viewing the site, requesting access or submitting an expression of interest does not reserve an allocation or create an accepted investment.

Eligibility and account use

Users must be adults with authority to provide information and act for the named person or entity. Provide accurate information, keep your details current and protect your credentials. Access approval, identity verification and accredited status are separate from acceptance into a particular investment. Access may be limited or suspended for security, misuse or eligibility concerns, subject to applicable law and contractual rights.

Permitted use and confidential materials

Use only accounts, projects and documents you are authorized to access. Do not impersonate others, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, introduce malicious code or misuse another person’s information. Do not redistribute confidential investment or project materials except as authorized by the governing documents or applicable law. Nothing here prevents lawful communications with regulators, protected reporting or the exercise of legal rights.

Information you submit

You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawful provision of submitted information and documents, including authority to provide another person’s information. Alterra may use and share submissions to operate the requested service, administer the relationship and meet applicable obligations as described in the Privacy Policy. Uploading a document does not transfer ownership of it to Alterra or establish acceptance of an investment or engagement.

Communications and electronic records

Portal notices, declarations and review activity may be recorded electronically. Where a transaction requires electronic-signature or delivery consent, the applicable signing process and agreements govern. An ordinary website click is not a substitute for executing required transaction documents. Marketing choices are separate from essential account communications. Review the Privacy Policy for email and SMS choices.

Content, availability and third parties

Information, market data and service availability can change. Records may require correction or reconciliation; contact Investor Relations about discrepancies before relying on them for a transaction. Third-party links and embedded services have their own terms and privacy notices. Illustrative imagery, sample records and features marked as planned are not evidence of an owned asset, an available investment or an operational service.

Investment risk and professional advice

Private investments involve risk, including total loss and limited liquidity. Investment, tax and legal decisions require consideration of your circumstances and the definitive documents. Review the Disclosures; website content is not individualized legal, tax or investment advice and does not itself establish an advisory relationship.

Rights preserved and updates

Nothing in these terms waives any non-waivable right or remedy under securities, consumer-protection, privacy or other applicable law, or excuses fraud or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes to these website terms will be dated and posted here. They do not amend an executed investment or engagement agreement except through its applicable amendment process.
